Hello there everybody! Or nobody, ooh I don't know who's reading but HELLO!
I thought i'd introduce myself quicky; I'm Esh - I've been a vegetarian since I was three, and a (half) vegan since September. I learnt about the milking industry and just wasn't happy with eating/drinking cow's milk, but I do sometimes use free range eggs (our neighbours have very happy chickens) in my baking :)
I've started many blogs, and each of them i've started off with one of these intro's where I say I will carry this one on, and then late forget about it but hopefully *fingers crossed* it won't happen with this one. I absolutely love food, I didn't really use to appreciate it, I used to be crazy fussy but now i am obsessed with it :D
Just a quick little story; a while ago, well, last year (so weird to say that! I mean 2012) around the Spring time, I learnt about the health side of food; calories, carbs, proteins, sugars etc. I got obsessed with it all, and many of my friends and my mum's friends were pointing out how thin I was looking. I got myself weighed and it wasn't a healthy number, so I'm now eating a healthy, high calorie diet. Bit of a random story in there, but if any of you wanted me to do a blog post about gaining weight on a vegan/veggie diet I am happy to do it :)
So anyway, enough rambling on my part - I hope you enjoy this blog and.. yeah! Please request recipes to do!

could you do a post on gaining weight? i'm a vegetarian too, and i also am underweight do to obsessing over calories. i'm over that now, for the most part, but it has been really difficult to gain weight again. thanks soo much! :)))
